The Union of Air Traffic Controllers Unions of the Agency for Air Navigation Safety in Africa and Madagascar (USYCAA) has filed a strike notice which will take effect from Thursday, August 25, 2022 from 8 a.m. UT until to Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 7:59 a.m. UT, for an indefinite period until all of its claims have been fully satisfied. “This call to strike is motivated by the abusive, arrogant and threatening approach of the general management which refuses any dialogue with the USYCAA”, according to a press release from the union.
