The Guatemalan cyclist Rony Julajuj traveled to Spain to join the ranks of the Louriña XE team, a club with which he will begin a new stage of his career and thousands of kilometers from his native Sololá he will seek to bring the blue and white colors to the top of this sport.
Julajuj will land in Madrid and head towards La Coruña, the place where his team’s clubhouse is located and which will be his new home. The national cyclist was presented with the Louriña team on February 22, a club that highlighted him as an “exemplary climber”, expressing that “the steeper the slope he climbs, the faster he goes.”

At the age of 25, he will seek to stand out in the Old Continent, just as he has already done in the national teams: Quetzaltenango Association, Deluxe Ópticas and Decorabaños. The national will not be the only representative in the Spanish team, since three days after his signing it was announced that the Costa Rican Jason Huertas Araya will also be part of Louriña during all the competitions that the Spanish Cup has.
