The President of the National Coordination of Foulbé and Haali Pular of Guinea was inducted this Sunday, October 22, 2023. On the occasion, Elhadj Alseny Dalaba Barry urged the president of the transition to release the blogger Guidho Fulbhe, in detention for several months without judgment.
The new coordinator of Fulbhe and haali pular of Guinea was inducted at the General Lansana Conté Stadium in Nongo. The ceremony saw strong mobilization from the Fulani community in Guinea and other regions of the world.
Coordinators from other Guinean communities were also present as well as representatives of the transitional authorities.
In his speech for the occasion, Elhadj Alseny Dalaba Barry requested clemency from the president of the transition to release the young Fulani Guidho Fulbhè, who has been in prison for almost a year.
“We ask the president of the transition, Colonel Mamadou Doumbouya to make young Guidho Fulbhè available for coordination. Certainly the young person did what he should not, but the president being the father of the nation, he must be lenient,” urged the representative of the Fulani community in Guinea.
