The president of the transition Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya promulgated this Monday, October 23, 2023, the law authorizing the financing of the project to improve access to electricity in Guinea.
The framework agreement signed on May 12, 2023 between Guinea and the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) concerns an amount of 90 million US dollars.
The law requesting funding authorization for this project was voted on in plenary on July 14, 2023 by the National Advisors of the CNT.
