AHMEDABAD ∙ In the 17th season of IPL, Gujarat Titans with a new captain started to win. In the first match of the season, the Titans won by 7 runs against the Mumbai Indians. Mumbai’s innings ended on 162, chasing a target of 169 runs. Mumbai’s top scorer is Dewald Brevis who came out as an impact player and scored 46 runs. In the last overs, Mumbai suffered a defeat as wickets were lost continuously and no runs were found.
