Gulf Air’s New Baggage Limits in Saudi Airports: What You Need to Know

2023-06-02 09:41:15

Gulf Air tightens baggage size limit. The company has issued instructions to Gulf Air passengers traveling through Saudi airports.

Passengers were asked to adhere strictly to the company’s limits on the size of cardboard boxes. Gulf Air only allows boxes that are 76 cm long, 51 cm wide and 31 cm high.

This requirement was earlier enforced only at Dammam airport. But now the law has been applied to all international airports in Saudi Arabia. Passengers who arrive without information are now in a situation where they have to spend a lot of money and have to change and pack at the airport. Airports charge up to 65 riyals per box.
