Health certificate is mandatory for delivery staff in Saudi Arabia
Riyadh: Health certificates are mandatory for delivery staff in Saudi Arabia. Officials have directed employees of delivery applications registered with the Communications and Information Technology Commission to obtain a health check-up certificate. It will come into effect from November 30.
Officials said those who do not have a medical certificate and do not pass a medical examination after the allotted time limit will not be allowed to work as delivery staff in the country. Examinations should be done at medical centers approved by the Ministry of Health. Permits must be issued to those who pass the test. Failure to do so will result in action being taken against the institutions. Tests are performed to diagnose various conditions. In addition, vision and hearing will be examined and X-rays and blood tests will be performed.
