Eleven months following the topping-out ceremony, 30 new backed rental flats from GWG had been handed over to the brand new tenants this week. The residential constructing is positioned close to Bulgariplatz and is surrounded by the park of the listed Poschacherville.

A second constructing homes six kindergarten teams. Metropolis Councillor for Planning and GWG Supervisory Board Chairman Dietmar Prammer (SP) calls it a showcase challenge.
The plans for the 2 buildings had been drawn up by Hertl Architekten, who gained the architectural competitors. All flats have a loggia, terraces and personal gardens on the bottom ground. Heating is offered by district heating, and the flats are barrier-free. Every condominium has an underground parking house. The 2 GWG managing administrators Nikolaus Stadler and Wolfgang Steiger notably level out the low rents in comparison with different cities.
