Greek fast-casual restaurant chain Gyraya will showcase its franchise model at Franchise Expo Paris from March 14 to 16, seeking to expand its presence in French cities with populations exceeding 100,000.
The company aims to leverage the event to attract fresh franchisees and bolster brand recognition, according to a statement released on March 8, 2026. Gyraya’s leadership team, including co-founders Charles Couturier and Tom Igounet, along with marketing representatives Lena and Samshana, will be present at the expo to engage with potential investors.
Théo, a multi-franchisee operating locations in Bordeaux and Mérignac, will also participate, sharing his experiences with the Gyraya network. The company, founded in 2022 in Montpellier, offers a modern take on Greek cuisine, emphasizing fresh ingredients and a visually appealing dining experience.
Gyraya currently operates four locations and is targeting further expansion across France, with a goal of reaching ten points of sale by 2027. The franchise opportunity is particularly focused on cities with established populations, according to the company. The brand’s average customer rating stands at 4.7 out of 5, based on over 5,000 reviews.
This year’s Franchise Expo Paris, the 44th edition of the event, will be held at Paris Porte de Versailles. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) will also be present at the expo, offering support to prospective franchisees and businesses looking to establish themselves in France. The CCI will be located at stand J13 (Hall 1) during the event.
Gyraya is a member of the French Franchise Federation (FFF). The company is also exploring international expansion opportunities in Belgium and Switzerland.
