Haas terminates his driver’s contract – Al-Ittihad newspaper

The US Formula 1 team Haas announced the termination of the contract of its Russian driver Nikita Mazepin and the Russian sponsor Uralkali, following the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
In a statement on its official website, the team said: “The Haas Formula 1 team has opted for the immediate termination of its partnership with Uralcalli and the contract of driver Nikita Mazepin.”
He continued, “Like the rest of the Formula 1 community, the team was shocked and saddened by the invasion of Ukraine, and wished a speedy, peaceful end to the conflict.”
