Habiba Laklalech makes changes at the head of 3 airports

The National Airports Office (ONDA), headed by Habiba Laklalech, has made new appointments at the head of the airports of Tangier, Agadir and Fez, the day after the launch of its new strategic plan “Envol 2025”.

Thus, Mohamed Bahaj was appointed commander of Tangier Ibn Batouta airport, Abdelmajid Bakiz commander of Agadir Al Massira airport and Mostapha El Khoudri commander of Fez Saïss airport, the Office indicated in a press release, specifying that these appointments will take effect from May 16.

Taking into account the constraints induced by the new normality of the health crisis and the crucial challenges facing airports, this new strategic plan assigns airports operational excellence objectives, in terms of the quality of services provided to passengers and improvement of the customer experience.

It also aims to materialize ONDA’s ambition to be a customer center operator, delivering the best international standards in terms of airport operations and air navigation.

In the very short term, the new airport commanders will be tasked with the proper management of the peak summer period by offering optimal reception conditions to passengers, in accordance with the best standards of health, safety, security and quality of services, the statement concluded.
