Hadjibou Soumaré has been in the news since he threw a stone into the pond: insinuating, through a question, that Macky Sall, President of Senegal, handed over 12 million euros to Marine Le Pen, figure of the extreme right , the main opponent of French President Emmanuel Macron.
This stroke of blood, unexpected on the part of a man who was elevated to the dignity of Prime Minister of the Republic of Senegal, is a symptom: did he suddenly bite the sonkolite virus, from the name of this disease acute all-out unpacking in the service of political objectives?

The most illustrious subject of this pathology has gone, like a meteorite, from the status of anonymous tax and estate inspector to that of the number one opponent of the regime through press conferences, books, lives on the Internet… in which he took out the cockroaches of all and extracted the corpses from all the closets… But also put on the public square of the files in which he himself was implicated, such this famous affair of the 94 billion in which he was involved as a unhappy canvasser in favor of his tax firm.
Unlike Ousmane Sonko, however, Hadjibou Soumaré was not new when he caught the disease. He is a product of the “system” in which he left traces of his time at the head of the Ministry of the Budget and the Prime Minister. In the same way, the appropriate response to Hadjibou Soumaré is not this government press release full of threats. The only worthwhile reprisals are a reply that restores the truth of the facts and the denunciation of unpacking as a mode of action in a civilized political society.
A close diagnosis of the patient Hadjibou Soumaré makes it possible to suspect in him signs of a dangerous variant of sonkolite: the accusation without proof.
If Soumaré has elements of a nature to document the extremely serious facts that he has insinuated, he must, in the best interests of the country, publish them.
This respectable figure in our public sphere must, at all costs, avoid falling into the trap of illness which consisted, for his predecessor, called upon to provide proof of a serious accusation against Mame Mbaye Niang, to answer that he spoke on the basis of a reading on… the Internet!
