Haider Ali Claims Bronze Medal for Pakistan at the Paralympics

Haider Ali, the only Pakistani discus thrower participating in the ongoing Paralympic Games in Paris, won the bronze medal by throwing a discus throw of 52.54 meters. Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has congratulated Haider Ali.

Pakistani athlete Haider Ali’s journey to the Paralympic Games has been successfully completed. Earlier, he has also won gold medal in Tokyo Paralympic Games.

At the Paris Paralympics, Haider Ali was in first place for the first two rounds, after which he had four consecutive throws called fouls, during which athletes from Uzbekistan and Canada moved into first and second place due to better throws than him.
