Two years after the release of “Strange Effect”, Howlin’ Jaws continues its musical adventure with a 4th opus, “Half Asleep Half Awake” which will be released on September 29th. For this record, our young rockers change their style slightly and bring a little psychedelia to their vintage and runaway rock’n roll.
With “Mirror Mirror”, the group shares with us a rather convincing overview of this new album, featuring very garage 60’s sounds, a retro sound that still suits them just as well, and a musical universe that is in line with French groups. like Moundrag and Komodor, using music like a DeLoréan, ready to take us back to a time when rock was still subversive and indomitable.
For this disc, Howlin’ Jaws was surrounded by Liam Watson in production, (who we could see alongside The White Stripes, Supergrass, Madness or The Kills), all recorded in London.

In addition to the announcement of this new album, the Howlin’Jaws will hit the roads of France again this fall with a great tour that will stop on November 8 at La Maroquinerie (Paris)!
