If you want to visit this year’s Parallel Vienna, you should plan to wear sturdy shoes: in order to reach the pavilions, you have to climb almost the entire hill of the Otto Wagner area. The eleventh edition of the art fair, which was originally founded as an alternative to the “mainstream” fair Viennacontemporary, remains true to its proven methods. Young art and remote places such as the Semmelweis Clinic in 2022 should once once more merge into a successful symbiosis this year.
