Broadcaster Ham So-won is returning to an entertainment program after a year of controversy over broadcast manipulation.
According to Channel S’s ‘Attack on Grandma’ on the 17th, Ham So-won recently appeared as a guest with her mother-in-law and finished the recording.
‘Attack on Grandma’ is an entertainment program in which Kim Young-ok, Na Moon-hee, and Park Jeong-soo listen to the concerns of the actors and give advice.
Previously, Ham So-won was caught up in suspicions that the Chinese newlywed house and her parents-in-law’s Chinese villa, which were unveiled on TV Chosun’s ‘Taste of Wife’ last year, were rented through an accommodation sharing company.
Also, in the scene where the mother-in-law was on the phone with her youngest brother in China, the youngest brother’s voice was similar to Ham So-won, which led to suspicions that the broadcast was being manipulated.
Afterwards, ‘My Wife’s Taste’ side said, “I came to realize that there were exaggerated directing in some episodes related to Ham So-won.”
Ham So-won admitted the suspicion of broadcast manipulation, saying, “That’s right. It’s all true” through SNS in April of last year when the official position of ‘Taste of Wife’ and the news of the end of the program were announced. I sincerely bow my head and apologize to the viewers who have given me.”
After that, Ham So-won stopped broadcasting and went into self-reflection. She only reported her recent situation through social media.
Meanwhile, ‘Attack on Grandma’ airs every Tuesday at 8 PM.
