Dr. Elham Mohamed, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, confirmed today, Monday, that the site for the construction of the first mental health and addiction treatment hospital in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate has been handed over, to start taking the necessary measures to establish and complete the hospital during the next year to serve patients from the governorate.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in the governorate said that the establishment of a hospital for mental health and addiction treatment in Kafr El-Sheikh will provide the people of the governorate with a distinguished quality service, relieve them of the trouble of traveling and the cost of receiving treatment outside the governorate, and make a qualitative leap in the medical services provided to patients from the governorate of Kafr El-Sheikh.
