Expansion of the range of services
Bad Schoenau (OTS) – HANDLER stands for a world with a solid history in which something new is constantly being created. A year ago, the owner-managed group of companies expanded its range of services and founded HANDLER Gebäudetechnik GmbH. Deepening the value chain reduces interfaces, enables competent advice on all aspects of electrical engineering and thus simplifies the construction process. Now the range of services is to be repeatedly expanded.
Guaranteeing success through foresight.
HANDLER’s field of activity includes the implementation of construction projects as a general or total contractor, planning and development of real estate, timber and timber system construction, roofing and plumbing as well as electrical engineering. Further development is the driving force in the company. The aim is always to preserve the world and shape it for future generations. Long-term planning, sustainable action and independent action are essential for this.
A big step in this process is the integration of GV Haustechnik Montage und Service GmbH. With the focus on system components and concrete core activation, additional key trades are included in the company. The company is run as an independent subsidiary of HANDLER Bau GmbH, the managing directors are DI (FH) Michael Schranz and Ing. Gerald Vötsch.
GV Haustechnik Montage und Service GmbH will be managed by founder and managing director Ing. Gerald Vötsch until March 31st, 2024. This is followed by a step-by-step handover of the agenda to Günter Greistorfer, HANDLER’s project manager. Grätzhofer & Vötsch GmbH remains owned by Grätzhofer Christian and Ing. Gerald Vötsch.
Successful projects through common goals.
The two companies have already worked together on large construction projects and share similarities in their respective positioning: early involvement in projects, optimization of processes, quality assurance through prefabrication and resource-saving construction.
