Young Egyptian actress Mayan El-Sayed expressed her happiness to participate in the first session of the Cairo Drama Festival, stressing its importance as she dealt with top stars at the beginning of her artistic career.
El-Sayed told “Fuchsia”: “I was fortunate that at the beginning of my entry into acting, great stars participated in important works, and so far I am learning a lot from them. They helped me with their experiences in many works, and I hope to follow in their footsteps during my artistic career.”
The young actress also commented on the release of a video of her and her friends, entitled “Myan Myon”, by saying: “I did not mean to publish the video in general or for everyone to see it, but it was supposed to be published for my close friends, but I was surprised that it spread very quickly.”
And she added: “At the beginning of the video’s spread and the use of its followers and making videos on it, I felt annoyed and disturbed by that, but then I dealt normally and even make funny videos with them.”
Mayan al-Sayed continued that her personality made her able to face anything: “My strong character is against any bullying. When I was harassed, I learned that. I must say no and I became strong, which is the character that I acquired from my mother and brothers until I became this character. I am spontaneous and will not change my spontaneity; Because she loved the people and the audience in me, and I do not seek to become another character.”
It is noteworthy that the last work of the young artist Mayan Al-Sayed is the series “The Choice 3”, which was shown in the last Ramadan race, starring Karim Abdel Aziz, Ahmed Ezz, Ahmed El-Sakka, Khaled Zaki, Yasser Jalal, and many artists, and it was written by Hani Sarhan, and directed by Peter Mimi.
