Adriana Karembeu became a mother at 46. The star said in an interview with 50 Minutes Inside that she felt the need to give birth only belatedly, for fear of not “find your place with this baby, of not knowing how to“. “As, at home, a child, it was something that annoyed more than anything else, unconsciously, it took me away from this decision. I was afraid of being a bad mother, like my father was a bad father. I didn’t want to try.”
In a few weeks, Nina, her doll, will celebrate her 4th birthday surrounded by her loved ones. As for knowing if her famous mother will one day reserve a huge surprise for her by announcing the arrival of a little brother or a little sister, the answer of the main interested party is clear: “Unfortunately, I think I missed the train. I’m going to be 51 in September, so it’s complicated… but I would have loved to have another child so much!”
And the sublime Adriana Karembeu obviously thought regarding adoption: “I would have loved it too, but my husband (businessman Aram Ohanian) is a little more reluctant. This is another of my great regrets. But, maybe I need to work on it a bit…”
