The artist, Hassan Youssef, sparked widespread controversy in the past few days, after his statements with Sky News in Arabic, in which he revealed many secrets for the first time. Youssef said that he was not jealous of some of the scenes presented by his wife, artist Shams Al-Baroudi, in her youth and old films.
Hassan Youssef pointed out that his wife did not do anything like her like any other artist, indicating that he liked to watch her work and discuss about her.
Youssef revealed that his wife, Shams Al-Baroudi, received an offer of 20 million pounds, to appear on a television program and talk about her artistic career and her memories, but she refused.
