Specifically, the motorbike BKS 89G2-01xxx by Mr. NVD (SN 1994, HKTT: Minh Tien, Phu Cu, Hung Yen) carried the lab’s sister (SN 1977, HKTT: Thanh Liem, Ha Nam) on the motorbike lane on Le Hong street.
