A 13-year-old adolescent confessed that she was abused by her stepfather and that her mother allowed it. Also in the investigation of the case it was learned that she had a 33-year-old boyfriend.
Both he and the mother were detained by PoliSucre officials from both the motorized and cycling brigades. This was announced by the journalist Román Camacho on his social networks.
The woman was identified as A. Azuaje, 32 years old, and the minor’s boyfriend as J. Miranda. They are also in search of the parent’s partner, who is on the run, they identified him as J. Domínguez, 46.
Everything became known when the teenager fainted inside a bakery, once she reacted, she did so violently and asked that no one touch her.
Once she arrives at the Pérez de León hospital, she is treated and informs the doctors that her mother’s current partner, Dominguez, sexually abused her on multiple occasions and that her mother was aware of it, but never wanted to report it and did not want say something about it.
Miranda arrived at the care center, who said he was the girl’s boyfriend and was immediately arrested because of his age.
The minor was left to the order of the Council for the Protection of Children and Adolescents, under the guardianship of her grandmother.
Both detainees were sentenced to imprisonment.
