‘Two days ago I lost a dear friend of mine. He had a long battle with cancer. I’m glad I scored for him.

He was a great supporter and my best friend. He was a lovely person who came into my life,’ said Marcus Rashford.

Group champions England will take on Group A runners-up Senegal and runners-up America will face Group A champions Netherlands. In another group stage match, the United States beat Iran by one goal.
