The stadium area in the city of Tanta witnessed a heinous murder, in which the husband of his life partner was stabbed 30 times, as well as his mother-in-law, then cut his arteries, due to family disputes between them.

Details of the horrific crime, which took place in November 2018, when the accused was in his mother-in-law’s apartment to reconcile with his wife, “his wife was angry with her family when she was her grocer for a while because of his mistreatment and his suspicion of her behavior.”
After the accused deluded his wife’s family into a reconciliation move between them, the accused asked his wife’s sister to take his three daughters out of the “apartment”, to ensure that they were not present and saw any family disputes.
After that, the accused asked his mother-in-law’s husband to go down and buy some food in order to celebrate the reconciliation. After that, he took advantage of his presence alone with the victim and her mother, and beat his wife.
The offender used a penknife he had and stabbed “the mother of his children” more than 30 times in different parts of her body.
After the accused’s crime, he tried to resort to a way to escape from the trial, so he resorted to cutting the arteries of his hand, attempting to commit suicide, after he realized that his crime would inevitably be discovered, but his attempt was unsuccessful.
In the same context, the forensic report stated that the wife was killed by 30 stab wounds in the neck, chest, abdomen and back, as well as the accused’s mother-in-law with two stab wounds in the back.
The details of the incident are due to the Gharbia Security Director receiving a notification from the warden of the second section of Tanta, of the death of a woman and the wounding of another with a penetrating wound.
Investigations revealed that the accused had resolved to kill the wife, the mother of his three children.
On October 30, 2019; The Tanta Criminal Court sentenced the accused, the “husband,” to life imprisonment, on the charges against him, which are “intentional murder, possession of a white weapon without a license, and attempted murder.”
