The drama took place on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, in the Moutabala district in the 7 Mfilou district, in the Congolese capital, Brazzaville. Very early, Tuesday January 11, 2022, Missengue Mpika Elvan, a 31-year-old Congolese man, was killed after a fight with his younger brother Missengue Ignasse Dieu-Merci. He should be prosecuted for assault and battery causing death.
