Officials of the Division of Investigations of Crimes Against Public Health of the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc), managed to arrest RV Guerra Pérez (75).
Guerra was working as a dentist, identifying himself with a card issued by the College of Dentists of Venezuela in the name of his brother Raúl Guerra, who is dead.
The police procedure was carried out on Calle Real de Sarria, El Recreo parish in Caracas.
The uniformed officers seized a blue dental chair, without marks or serials, various dental instruments and a card from the College of Dentists of Venezuela, in the name of Raul Guerra.
The case was placed at the order of the Public Ministry.
