The city of Gamasa in Dakahlia witnessed the tragic murder of a first-grade student after she breathed her last, at the hands of her stepfather, a tuk-tuk driver, after he assaulted her with a “butane gas” hose.

The crime that occurred in early 2018; The victim was a girl named “SH.WA”, a first year middle school student and residing in Gamasa, while her mother, H.M.Y., 32 years old, a housewife, and residing in the village of Dist in Talkha center, was injured, and she has another place of residence with her husband in Gamasa. .
The victim’s wife accused her husband, “WSA”, 35, a tuk-tuk driver who lives in Belqas and has another place of residence in Gamasa, and said that he tied her and her daughter for two days, and continued to torture them by beating them with a “hose”, a gas pipe, knives, and razors.
According to the mother, her husband sexually assaulted her daughter until she died, after which he fled, to escape from the hands of the police forces, after the death of the daughter, without realizing a single reason that allows him to commit his act.
After hearing the mother’s statements and accusing her husband of being behind the incident, the accused was searched to confront him with the accusations attributed to him. Indeed, he was pursued in the places he frequented – with the help of his wife – until he was arrested and taken to his police station.
Confronting the husband, he confessed to committing the incident, claiming he was suspicious of the behavior of his wife and daughter, “I was skeptical of their behavior, that’s why I hit them.”
“I used to see them talking to each other a lot,” so I got the feeling that there was something about them alone, and the devil’s whispers began to haunt me that they were doing something without my knowledge, until I decided to take revenge on them.
In turn, the Belqas Prosecution decided to transfer the body to the morgue and the mother to Gamasa Hospital to receive the necessary treatment, and to autopsy the dead body to determine whether she had been sexually assaulted before death.
Regarding the accused, a decision was issued to imprison him pending investigations into the accusations of murder and assault on his wife.
