Specifically, following the use of information, the 27-year-old was located in the area of Nea Artaki Evia, in possession of a nylon package containing tobacco products of various brands. A total of three hundred and ten (310) packs of cigarettes were seized, amounting to six thousand two hundred (6,200) cigarettes and thirty-six (36) packs of tobacco of fifty (50) grams, with a total weight of one kilogram and eight hundred grams (1,800gr), for which no their legal marketing formalities had been met, as they did not carry the special excise tape.
