During the Nintendo Direct on June 21, musical games had their moment of glory thanks to the presentation of the gameplay of the new Glee-Cheese title, Headbangers Rhythm Royale. It will be available on home consoles such as PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox consoles and PC at the end of October. Headbangers Rhythm Royale puts the player in the shoes of an animal that every big city knows: the pigeon.
Like a classic battle royale, players will have to compete once morest each other or play together in musical mini-games involving up to 30 players, knowing that crossplay will bring the different communities together. Trials will test players’ memory, reflexes and sense of rhythm through a variety of 23 mini-games. It will bring back memories of childhood with Rhythm Paradise on DS.
Headbangers Rhythm Royale is scheduled for October 31, 2023 on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC.
