1- Suhoor meal

It is considered to stay away from eating sugars in the Suhoor meal, because it simply makes the person feel full and satisfied at first, but soon raises blood sugar, and then the person feels more hungry, weak and tired.

At the same time, you should get complex carbohydrates that increase the feeling of fullness for as long as possible, such as pasta, rice and potatoes, along with proteins (such as beans or meat).

2- Drinking water at night

It is preferable to drink plenty of water the day before fasting, in order to avoid dehydration, which can affect energy levels and activity in the body, and lead to the appearance of some annoying symptoms, such as headaches, cramps and infections.

3-stop exercising

It’s not entirely a good idea to exercise vigorously and intensely when fasting, completely stop eating and drinking, and save energy throughout the day for vital daily tasks.

4- Consult a doctor

A doctor should be consulted before fasting in the event of any health problem or disorder. Medication appointments should also be organized with the specialist doctor.

5- Breakfast

You should pay attention not to eat sugars as the first thing for breakfast, because they cause rapid changes in blood sugar and cause stress, in addition to not eating a large amount of food.

It is preferable to divide the breakfast into two parts, so that the person eats a cup or two of cold water and a plate of salad rich in fresh vegetables, then waits an hour and eats proteins, carbohydrates, and others.
