The delivery was difficult, but following seven years of work, the GHT hospitals in Provence seem to have a bright future. GHT, as a territorial hospital group, an acronym not yet in everyday language. These new entities wanted by the Touraine law of 2016 to network the territory, are nevertheless a key element of tomorrow’s health, in a context where the needs of the population are increasing while medical resources are becoming scarce.
