Salzburg/Linz – Heavy storms swept over Austria once more on Sunday evening. Salzburg and Upper Austria were particularly affected in the evening. Heavy rain and storm caused hundreds of fire brigade deployments and numerous damages. In Upper Austria alone, the state warning center spoke of around 700 operations in the evening.
