You know her from festivals with her pink food truck: Helena Gleissner. She has now settled down. Hamburgers and tourists can now get their grilled cheese sandwiches on Seilerstraße in St. Pauli.
In “How is the situation?” the Hamburg cheese queen tells how she came up with the idea of selling sandwiches with grilled cheese, which products she also offers and how she chooses the events where she stands with her food truck.
