Gatineau police are asking for the public’s help to find an 84-year-old man who has been missing since Saturday evening.
Ovila Lalonde was last seen on September 9, at 6:30 p.m., as he left his residence in the Pointe-Gatineau district on foot, according to the Service de police de la Ville de Gatineau (SPVG).
He is approximately 5 ft 6 in (1.68 m) tall and weighs 161 lb (73 kg). The octogenarian has gray hair and brown eyes. He wears a full beard.
The last time he was seen, Ovila Lalonde was wearing a gray plaid shirt, blue pants and black and white shoes. His loved ones have reason to fear for his safety. According to the SPVG, the man might be disoriented.
Citizens who believe they have seen Ovila Lalonde are asked to contact the SPVG immediately at 819 246-0222.
