(1) Mr. Anawin Kaewkeb, the suspect with an arrest warrant from the Southern Bangkok Criminal Court No. 1070/2023, dated 22 November 2023, who must be found guilty of “jointly killing another person intentionally with premeditation, jointly possessing a firearm. and ammunition Possession without permission, jointly carrying firearms in the city village or public road without permission; shooting guns using dynamite for no reason in a city, village or public gathering place; conspiring with five or more people. to commit any of the offenses as provided in this Part 2.”
(2) Mr. Abdullah Duramae, the accused with an arrest warrant from the Southern Bangkok Criminal Court No. 1071/2023, dated 22 November 2023, who must be found guilty of “jointly killing another person intentionally with premeditation, jointly having Firearms and ammunition Possession without permission, jointly carrying firearms in the city village or public road without permission; shooting guns using dynamite for no reason in a city, village or public gathering place; joining together in a conspiracy of five or more people. to commit any of the offenses as provided in this Part 2.”
(3) Mr. Nopawut Rueangsri, the accused with an arrest warrant from the Southern Bangkok Criminal Court No. 1074/2023 dated 22 Nov. 2023, who is charged with the offense of “jointly conspiring with five or more people to commit one offense. in any way as provided in this part 2.”
