Helping French companies with at least 1,000 people to comply with article 14 of the Rixain Law » PACA’s economic and political newsletter

A survey launched on August 25, 2022 to help French companies with at least 1,000 people prepare to comply with the “Rixain” Law.

Before September 1, 2022, companies with at least 1,000 people must have published on their website the significant differences in the representation of Women / Men within, on the one hand, their “Governing Bodies” and, on the other hand, their “Executives managers “. The obligations of Article 14 of the Rixain Law, like this first in the very short term, are specified by its decree of April 16, 2022. The following: on March 1, 2026 have reached at least 30% of women within each of the two groups mentioned above, then 40% on March 1, 2029. To help managers, in particular CEOs and HRDs, the consulting firm, Governance and Structures, has just launched a national survey of these companies.

To access it and respond before September 12, 2022, all they have to do is connect to the survey site. By answering the short questionnaire, they will provide an overview of the obligations of the Law and the basic figures to be collected. On this occasion, they will be able to consider using these obligations as levers to improve the composition of the bodies concerned. The companies having answered the survey will receive the results in preview with their positioning compared to the other participating companies.

The media will surely appreciate in the fall of 2022 to be able to comment on the results of this survey. For further information: contact and Guy Le Péchon (06 16 31 07 15) The Governance & Structures project team: Guy Le Péchon, Françoise Bévan-Lacourt and Carol Bieber
