Here are the best companies to make a career according to Linkedin: Intesa Sanpaolo tops the top 25

This year, eleven companies have won a place for the first time in the ranking of the 25 Top Italian Companies drawn up by LinkedIn, including Hippocrates Holding, Bayer, Campari and BIP. Compared to the 2023 edition, the platform says, the number of production companies where you can develop your career increases, but the business consultancy sector is dominant, followed by the pharmaceutical industry, and manufacturing and consumer goods.

Intesa Sanpaolo tops the top 25

Compared to last year, operators in the banking-insurance sector have gained positions, with Intesa Sanpaolo reaching the top of the ranking, Unicredit confirming its stability (in seventh place) and BNP Paribas placing itself in fifteenth place. Furthermore, The Heineken Company (nineteenth) and Campari Group (twentieth) are the standard-bearers of the Food & Beverage sector for the first time.

In the Consulting and Corporate Services sector, Accenture and Bain & Company, on the podium of the ranking, followed by Intellera Consulting and Deloitte, are among the confirmations from the previous year, joined by the new entries Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and BIP.

Alongside the growth of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, which sees Hippocrates Holding, Bayer and Eli Lilly and Company in the Top 25, there are the manufacturing and consumer goods sectors with, among others, EssilorLuxottica in tenth place, SFK Group in fourteenth, Procter & Gamble and Siemens in twenty-second and twenty-third.
