The game of the few differences
At first glance, one might think that it is a model very close to the Redmi Watch 2 Litebut their technical sheets differ in many points, starting with the presence of a 1.6-inch AMOLED screen on this watch, where his colleague was content with a display TFT LCD. The screen also composes with a definition of 320 x 360 pixels, for a rate of pixels per inch of 301, against 311 for the Watch 2 Lite from Redmi.
For the rest, their design is also a little different, with a slightly smaller and lighter Poco Watch (39.1 x 34.4 x 9.98 mm for 31 grams with the bracelet). It also benefits from 5ATM dust and water resistance, which means that it can be submerged up to 50 meters deep for 10 minutes.
An integrated GPS and the usual sensors
Like the Redmi Watch 2 Lite, the Poco Watch is betting on integrating a GPS chip which, if it works correctly, allows you to do without your phone to track your sporting route.
Speaking of sports, the watch supports 100 fitness modes and takes advantage of the classic sensor gallery: optical heart rate sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope and electronic compass. It can also measure SpO².
The Chinese firm promises up to fourteen days of autonomy on its device, thanks to a 225 mAh battery. To refill it, a magnetic charger is provided in the box.
Poco Watch price and availability
The Poco Watch will be available from May 10 at a price of 90 euros. Three colors are planned: black, blue and beige.
