Here’s why having a morning orgasm would make us more productive during the day

If morning is too often associated with the difficulty of getting out of bed, and the saving dose of caffeine we need to wake up, orgasm might prove to be the boost needed to start the day. This wave of pleasure causes a cocktail of hormones: dopamine, endorphins, serotonin, oxytocin, causing the stress hormone, cortisol, to drop in their wake.

Less stressed, almost half of those surveyed believe they are more productive following having had an orgasm and 20% believe they feel the positive effects until the next day. In the hands of partners or by oneself, the result is the same for a quarter of respondents.

Getting up earlier to feel good would be particularly fruitful for people aged 25 to 44, the age group that considers themselves most efficient and productive following an orgasm. Nevertheless, these positive effects would be more notable for men (at 71%) than for women (at 50%). Figures that companies should take into consideration according to the sex toy brand, which offers days off to do good.
