(CercleFinance.com) – Simon, the leading American operator of shopping centers, announced on Monday that it had signed a lease with the French luxury group Hermès for a store in Phipps Plaza in Atlanta.
‘Hermès is synonymous with craftsmanship and a rich heritage,’ said Vicki Hanor, head of luxury at Simon.
“His arrival at Phipps Plaza is an exciting new step in the evolution of the luxury industry in line with Atlanta’s consumer expectations,” she explained.
This point of sale, which covers an area of 650 square meters, is expected to open at the end of the second quarter of 2024.
