What you can’t deny Magath: With his aura he can take the pressure off the very insecure Hertha stars. In “Stammplatz”, BILD’s daily football podcast, BILD department head Florian Witte has an exciting suspicion: “I believe that Magath was also brought in to cushion the public pressure that is pouring down on the team in the relegation battle. One notices immediately that he attracts everyone’s attention. It can be a kind of protective shield. Now everyone will work on Magath and the team will get more rest.”
