Hezbollah announced on Sunday that it had targeted the deployment points of Israeli occupation army soldiers south of the Jal al-Alam site with Burkan missiles, as well as a building used by soldiers in the settlement of Shomera, in northern Israel, “with appropriate weapons”.
The party reported in separate statements that its members had targeted “deployment points of Israeli enemy soldiers south of the Jal al-Alam site with Burkan missiles.”
Furthermore, it said its members targeted “modern spy equipment that was deployed near the Doviev barracks with appropriate weapons, hitting it directly, which led to its destruction,” according to the statements.
The party also announced that it had targeted “a building used by enemy soldiers in the settlement of Shomera (the occupied Lebanese town of Tarbikha) with appropriate weapons, in response to attacks by the Israeli enemy against villages in the south and civilian houses,” according to another statement.
There was no immediate comment from Israel on the party’s statements.
On Sunday morning, the official Lebanese news agency reported that the Karkazan neighborhood, north of the southern town of Mays al-Jabal, had been subjected to intermittent artillery bombardment and that Israeli planes had launched a violent raid on the town of Naqoura.
He said Israeli planes attacked a three-story house in the Sector West town of Tair Harfa at midnight, leading to its complete destruction.
The agency added that the raids “caused serious damage to properties, infrastructure, surrounding homes and a gas station, without causing human casualties.”
The Israeli occupation army also reported that its forces bombed Lebanese Hezbollah targets, including an observation point in Al-Adissa and two facilities in Khiam.
