The High Potential Program – Shared Services, training focused on Shared Services, will start its activities in April. The inaugural class will be attended by Ademir Lima, Executive who has led CSCs in the country, and Silvio Santos, Director of Technology and DPO – Grupo Dreamers and Soma CSC, who will share their career journeys and the challenges that future leaders of the Shared Services market will face ahead.
Created by IEG in 2021, the program aims to accelerate the development of talent in Brazilian Shared Services Centers and, in this year’s edition, more than 100 students are already expected to register.
Among the participants are executives from several companies in the country, who will have access to online, recorded and live content, in addition to a development program, which will expand the knowledge of professionals about this market.
There will be a total of: 10 training modules; more than 70 hours of live classes; more than 60 hours of recorded classes and mentoring with market executives to prepare final projects focused on the current challenges of SSCs and much more.
The High Potential Program covers important topics such as: SSC model, process management, people management, customer experience, continuous innovation, data intelligence and others, taught by specialists with extensive experience in the market.
According to Tais Nascimento, Partner at IEG, “This year the Program is being revised to ensure even greater use by our students. Our live classes will have new dynamics and will provide more opportunities for exchanging experiences and networking among participants. We will also have, as a novelty, the High Potential community so that everyone can connect, regardless of the group they belong to”, highlights Nascimento.
