Myles Edmond led all scorers with 27 points and hauled in eight rebounds to lead the Quakers to a nonleague home win over Lansing Catholic. Marvin Bledsoe finished with 14 points and six rebounds and Giovanni Austin added on 13 points and grabbed six rebounds for Eastern (6-8). GRAND LEDGE — Braden James led three players in double figures for the Comets with 21 points in their nonleague win. Alex Moran added 15 points and Elyjah Hendricks had 10 points for Grand Ledge, which broke the game open in the early stages of the fourth quarter thanks to three 3-pointers from Carson Daly. Izaiah O’Dell and Daly each contributed nine points for the Comets.

Leah Palacios had nine points and seven rebounds for the Quakers in their nonleague loss. Illyanna Montomery added eight points for Eastern.
