His agent: Abu Jabal’s transfer with Al-Nasr did not take place

Nawaf Al-Mahdi, the agent of goalkeeper Mohamed Abu Jabal, the former Zamalek player, issued an official statement to clarify his client’s position on the move to the Saudi victory.

Al-Mahdi explained in an official statement, published on his official page on “Twitter”, that Abu Jabal’s contract with Zamalek had expired, pointing out that his client signed for the Saudi Al-Nasr Club.

The Saudi agent indicated to Abu Jabal, that his client waited for a visa to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but he was surprised by the Al-Nasr club’s response by not recognizing the contract concluded between the two parties and invalidating it for illogical reasons, even though the contract is complete and in conformity with the texts of the International Football Association.

Abu Jabal’s agent’s statement continued, stressing that the lawyers of both parties offered to settle the problem by obtaining part of his contract and waiving the rest of the contract, but the victory administration offered a much smaller amount and the player did not accept it.

Accordingly, the player is free to move to any other club, with the recognition of the victory administration, according to the correspondence between the invalidity of the contract and the non-continuation of its work without returning to work.

Therefore:

First: The player raises the contract signed between the two parties to the competent court of the International Football Association Board.

Second: The player demands the full term of the financial contract with Al-Nasr Club.

Third: Provide all evidence of damages incurred by Al-Nasr Club against the player Muhammad Abu Jabal and demand compensation without any waiver.

It is worth noting that Abu Jabal’s contract with Zamalek expired at the end of the current season, as the international goalkeeper became free to move to any club for free.
