Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, the activities of the second edition of the His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah Camel Racing Festival continued, for the fourth day in a row, organized and monitored by the Sharjah Camel Racing Club, on the grounds of Al Dhaid Camel Racing Field.
Competitions were held in group races for tribal camels over 14 laps, for a distance of 6 kilometres. Attention was focused on the two main halves that the festival’s organizing committee allocated to the main open dual races.
