During his meeting with the journalist Hani Hathout, on the “Al-Match” program broadcast on the “Echo of the Country” channel, he stressed the importance of changing the management system of the Football Association, provided that the work is in return for money and not voluntary, so that he can be held accountable, indicating that the General Assembly of the Federation should be canceled, being The football administration in Egypt does not deserve, saying, “The general assembly must be abolished, and they must manage the league file and plan for Egyptian football.”
And he continued, that the Football Association is weak in managing football affairs during the past periods, stressing that the Football Association is weaker than the Al-Ahly and Zamalek teams, saying, “The Football Association is 20 years weaker than Al-Ahly and Zamalek.”
He continued, that there are many calamities and problems in the youth sectors of the clubs, stressing that there is a real theft in the discovery of talents, as sport has become an investment, saying that you will pay, you will play, and there is theft in the junior sectors.
Zakaria indicated that there are some coaches who train some Egyptian clubs with their money.
