According to the reports of the electoral witnesses of the Historical Pact, among the facts it is specified that 1,079 tables were not informed by the Registry; in 29,425 no votes of the historical Pact were registered; 801 tables were found that are not registered with the official Electoral Authority in the consulates and 23,072 where double counting occurred, among others.

Also Gustavo Petro, leader and presidential candidate of the Historical Pact, said that his organization will denounce the events of this Sunday before national and international organizations.

According to the advisors in electoral matters of the Historical Pact, these facts explain why the difference between the 4.5 million votes that Petro obtained in the internal consultation and the 2.3 million in the vote for the Senate of the Historical Pact.

The Historical Pact highlights, in this sense, that the 29,425 tables that did not register votes constitute more than 25 percent of the vote, “something impossible to believe,” they said from the coalition of leftist parties and organizations.

In addition, they added that with the fraud discovered, so far, at least five more Senate seats are at stake, which, representatives of the Historical Pact explain, “we began to fight in the scrutiny and before all the international electoral surveillance organizations ”.

This situation reaffirms the serious complaints made with the cases filed abroad with the delay in providing data, and the problems in the different consulates and the malfunctioning of the Registrar’s page, especially during election day and also the failures in the registration of identification cards, which is why there were people who could not exercise the vote.
