Historically bad: Next debacle for Franco Foda and Zurich

At FC Zurich under coach Franco Foda the worm is still in there. The Swiss champions lost their home game once morest FC Sion 3-0 on Sunday followingnoon and are still waiting for their first league win following four matchdays. In addition, the Foda-Elf is still without a hit, while they have already conceded nine goals. In 100 years of Swiss football, Zurich had the worst start to a season by a champion.

Former ÖFB team boss Foda was only able to celebrate with the Zurich team in six competitive games. In the third qualifying round of the Europa League, they managed a 2-0 win in Linfield last Thursday. On the other hand, there are four defeats and two draws. The defending champion is thus prolonging the crisis. And finds himself in last place in the league.
